use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or abusive content

2. No accounts, no purchase flow

The Site is informational. Services are offered under separate individual agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site content (text, graphics, branding, and layout) is owned by Protahi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content for your personal or internal business use. You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without written permission from Protahi.

We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current.

The Site may link to third-party websites. Protahi does not control them and is not responsible for their content, security, or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protahi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Protahi’s total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to access the Site, which for most users will be NZD $0.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your location requires otherwise.
